Triple Berry White Chocolate Muffins

1 3/4 cups all purpose flour 1/3 cup sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 3/4 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup buttermilk 1/2 cup oil 3 eggs 1/4 cup blueberries 1/4 cup blackberries 1/4 cup raspberries 4 oz white baking chocolate Pearl sugar for sprinklingIn large bowl, combine first five ingredients. Cut raspberries and blackberries in half. Coarsely chop white chocolate. Stir berries and chocolate into dry ingredient mixture.In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, oil and eggs. Fold into dry ingredients only until combined. Scoop into muffin tins that have been sprayed with cooking spray.Sprinkle pearl sugar over tops of muffins. Bake at 400 F. 20 minutes for (12) regular muffins, or 30 minutes for (6) jumbo muffins.
